Our Returns and Refund Policy includes the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law and provides you with additional benefits to those rights because your satisfaction is important to us.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law – ‘Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.’

In the event your purchase is faulty, damaged, wrongly described or in breach of a consumer guarantee we will cheerfully refund your money or exchange the product upon return of that product and presentation of your proof of purchase.

You can cancel your order at any time before it ships for a full refund. You can return your order for a refund within 7 days of receiving the order, however, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. All packaging and relevant documents must be retained. The delivery charge will be reimbursed when Shipping Containers accepts fault, however, if the order is being returned for any reason other than quality complaints, shipping costs and handling charges will not be refunded.

In the event that your product must be returned to our store, please allow three (3) business days for your refund to be processed after it has been received by Shipping Containers.

To initiate a return, please either visit us in store or contact us at sales@shippingcontainers.com.au with your order number and we will be more than happy to assist you.

*Proof of purchase must be provided to obtain a refund, limits may apply, and all products must be in their original condition and packaging.
